Question: I (or my employer) have purchased the Skill Assessment. I'm logged into my TypeWell Transcriber application, but when I click Train > Skill Assessment a pop-up says, "You need to purchase the Skill Assessment to proceed." Why does it say this if I've already purchased it?
Answer: If you're seeing this message after you've already purchased a Skill Assessment for your user account, it is likely a versioning issue. You need to download and install revision 888 (or higher) in order to complete the Skill Assessment. To do this, click on your Help menu, select Check for updates, and follow the on-screen instructions. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us!
