Requesting a quote or invoice for TypeWell purchases

Schools, agencies, and other organizations may request a quote or invoice for TypeWell software licenses, training, consultations, or other purchases.

Email your request to support@typewell.com. Please include:

• The name of your school or organization
• The product, course, or service you want to purchase
• The quantity and desired subscription period, when applicable
• The name and email address of the billing contact
• The billing address
• Any required purchase order number
• Any requested payment terms
• Any vendor forms or special invoicing instructions

If your organization has already issued a purchase order, attach it to your message.

For software license purchases

For TypeWell Transcriber software licenses, include the name and email address of each qualified transcriber who will use a license.

For renewals, please also include the relevant license numbers, if known. This helps us identify the correct account and licenses.

If the transcriber’s current service qualification or affiliation is not already documented in our records, we may request additional information before issuing or activating the license.

For training purchases

If your organization is sponsoring a transcriber or candidate for a training course, include:

• The participant’s full name
• The participant’s email address
• The course they will be taking
• The name and contact information of the sponsoring organization or supervisor, when applicable

Each participant must have their own TypeWell account (or LEO account, for continuing education courses). We may need to verify eligibility before confirming enrollment.

What happens next

We will review the request and provide the appropriate quote or invoice. Requested payment terms are subject to approval.

Please do not submit payment through the online checkout if your organization needs a quote, invoice, purchase order, or approved payment terms.
