LEO Course Refund/Cancellation Policy

The following policies apply to Web-based Short Courses or Co-Op Classes offered through TypeWell's continuing education portal: Learning & Enrichment Online (LEO)

Refund Policy

Short Course Refunds

Web-based Short Courses are only eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, and only if the course or class has NOT yet started. A $5 administrative fee will apply. Alternatively, you may be eligible to extend your course expiration date or reschedule your course start date per our Reschedule Policy.

Co-Op Class Refunds

If you cancel your enrollment in a Web-based Co-Op Class, you will receive a full refund upon the return of any unused materials (if applicable), for up to 30 days after the date of purchase, but no later than 7 days prior to class start date. If you choose to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the class start date or after, a cancellation fee of 50% of your original class cost will apply.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will be notified in advance whenever possible, and you will be eligible for a full refund.
