If you're looking to close your online account with Typewell, the process is simple. For most users, all you need to do is send an email to support@typewell.com indicating that you would like to close your account. Our support team will then research which platform(s) you use—for example, a transcriber training account, a LEO account, a help desk support record, etc.—and we may follow up with you directly to ensure you understand the implications of deleting these records.
Please be aware that if you are an existing or former transcriber, closing your account would result in the revocation of your TypeWell service qualification and permanent deletion of your training record.
California residents:
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise this right, you can submit an opt-out form by following the link provided: https://typewell.com/ccpa. This will ensure that your personal information is not sold or shared with third parties.
