TypeWell Internal Service Says Java is Missing

I followed the directions as stated on the installation page for the Interval Server for TypeWell and it says everything was unzipped but when it tries to open the server, it tells me that I am missing Java. I have Java installed, and it keeps asking me if I want to install it. Do you have any suggestions as to what could be wrong?
