Help! I can't access the Web Linking server (east or west)

TypeWell User Feb 28, 2014 11:13AM MST

I'm aware there's some DNS server problem affecting the TypeWell website(s) today -- February 28 2014. Does that mean I can't use Web Linking for my clients?

Go into your network and sharing center, then adapter settings, then TCP/IPV4 properties, and click the bubble to "Use the following DNS Server addresses.

These are google’s free DNS servers, and they are still pointing to the typewell website and allow weblinking to work.

I hope this helps!

Similarly, for a channel on the West Coast server, just replace west.typewell.com with, e.g.
