Can you use a Google Chromebook to run typewell?

Yes, and no, and sort of.

Yes, you can use a Chromebook as a Reader machine by using Web linking or Internal linking and using the Chromebook’s web browser. That works great.

But no, you can’t use a Chromebook as a Transcriber computer because it doesn’t run Windows and TW Transcriber only runs on Windows computers.

In theory, there are sort of ways to use the Chromebook as a screen for operating TW transcriber on a remote Windows computer. But there’s no advantage to doing that since if you have Transcriber on another computer, you should just use that other computer directly and skip using the Chromebook!
