I tried refreshing my license, but it kept giving me the error "That license key is not correct for this installation!" I know I'm clicking on the correct license in my account, and I already downloaded the correct version of the software provided on that license management page.
This sometimes happen if you try to refresh your key right at the very end of the month (e.g. 11pm on January 31st). If that’s the case, please wait for the clock to roll over to the first of the month (e.g. February 1st) and try once more. The license server should recognize your installation number then.
